Update disquss setting
The template is using disqus as its commenting system.
To enable comments - search and replace the entire string $replace_with_disqus_short_name$ variable with your discuss account short name.

Update google analytics setting
Its also google analytics enabled.
Search and replace the entire string $replace_GA_id$ with your google analytics tracking id.

Backup old template?
By importing the new template - do note that all your customizations and such to whatever template you were running before will be wiped. If you want to revert or keep any of your old looks - back up your template somewhere (cut and paste it into a file).
Caveats are also that any settings you do below might affect how your old blog worked. In short - be careful with what you do and what you whish for.
Import the template
Open up your blogger settings - go to the template section
Click 'edit html' - wipe all and paste the edited template.xml created above.

Needed blogger account settings
Turn off the mobile view - the site is responsive as it is (based on bootstraps grid system) and will accommodate on a smaller device screen (tablet / mobile).
